P Company. Each contact record must have either a person's name or a company
name. If you would like the company alphabetized by other than
the first word or letter, put a ";" at the end of the company name
followed by the beginning of the name, i.e. "World Company;The".
This will be put in proper order when printing reports, letters,
documents, and envelopes.
